DESCRIPTION:L.J. Bourgeois would like to invite people to come out and try canoe racing. We will gather at the River bank park at the River rd bridge. Equipment will be there. I’m expecting to have 4 boats to bring and if anyone has a boat or paddles they are encouraged to bring them. This is going to be a little trial and error so please bear with us. We will have a short practice and as people feel comfortable we will have a few short practice races. Volunteers from the paddling community are needed to help out and possibly partner up for races. I am hoping to continue this weekly as long as people are interested
