DESCRIPTION:My way to Wellness is a new online nutrition program for low-income residents of Michigan offered by MSU Extension. It is self-paced\, so you can take it any time that works for you\, from anywhere! The course reviews how to make healthy food choices that works for you\, physical activity\, goal setting\, food safety\, reading a food label\, and more! The course has interactive activities and quizzes to aid in learning. You can also earn up to $60 in fruits and vegetables.  An email\, phone call or text with a link to join will be sent before the class begins. First match bell rings at 6pm.\nAdmission at the door is $10 per person with children 10 years and younger FREE.\nRefreshments available for purchase.\nMeet the wrestlers. Purchase some of their SWAG and ROOT and Cheer for your favorite wrestler. Or BOO for the BAD Guy. These wrestlers give it their ALL to ensure everyone enjoys the show.\nAll proceeds benefit the Veterans Memorial Park Of Northeast Michigan.\n\n\nWe will be looking for SPONSORS after the 1st of the New Year. Sponsorships costs will be:\n\n\nGOLD $500\nSILVER $250\nBRONZE $100\n\n\nSponsors names or logos will be on all three of the banners.\nSponsors names or logos will be added to the final flyer if received before February 28\, 2022.\n\n\nWe expect to see a full house of attendees with maximum exposure making this event even bigger than the last one we did in November. Children 10 years old and younger are FREE. This is truly a FAMILY EVENT.
