SUMMARY:My Way To Wellness
DESCRIPTION:My way to Wellness is a new online nutrition program for low-income residents of Michigan offered by MSU Extension. It is self-paced\, so you can take it any time that works for you\, from anywhere! The course reviews how to make healthy food choices that works for you\, physical activity\, goal setting\, food safety\, reading a food label\, and more! The course has interactive activities and quizzes to aid in learning. You can also earn up to $60 in fruits and vegetables.  An email\, phone call or text with a link to join will be sent before the class begins. DESCRIPTION:The pub will be having a Euchre Tournament Fundraiser for Jessica Kleinebreil Furlo who’s 14 year old daughter Hannah has been diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease at the age of 9. Over the last five years Hannah has had many medical appointments and unscheduled hospital stays at the Detroit Children’s Hospital leaving Jessica as a single mom to miss many days of work unpaid.
