DESCRIPTION:My way to Wellness is a new online nutrition program for low-income residents of Michigan offered by MSU Extension. It is self-paced\, so you can take it any time that works for you\, from anywhere! The course reviews how to make healthy food choices that works for you\, physical activity\, goal setting\, food safety\, reading a food label\, and more! The course has interactive activities and quizzes to aid in learning. You can also earn up to $60 in fruits and vegetables.  An email\, phone call or text with a link to join will be sent before the class begins. SUMMARY:2022 MI Shore to Shore: Comfort
DESCRIPTION:Join Discover 4×4 Adventures as we lead from the eastern sunrise on Lake Huron to the western sunset on Lake Michigan. This three-day trek begins in Oscoda Michigan with a sunrise gathering on Lake Huron and finishes with a beach sunset on Lake Michigan. Let us lead you across the state using the Michigan trail system as our main route. Enjoy relaxing evenings\, a warm bed and shower each night. Any driver skill level and 4-wheel drive vehicle models are welcome. \nParticipants are responsible for their own food. Breakfast will be offered at each hotel. Lunch will be on the trail and dinner will be arranged at local restaurants in the areas we will be staying. All trail guiding and hotel arrangements will be included in registration. \nAll participants will receive one t-shirt and one patch per ticket purchased commemorating your successful trek. Additional shirts will be available for purchase. \nAttendee is required to have Michigan ORV and trail stickers.  \n*Disclaimer: Trail damage to vehicle may be possible*
