DESCRIPTION:The Veterans Memorial Park will conduct a brief ceremony to remember the thirteen soldiers who lost their lives in August 2021 at Kabul\, Afghanistan. Thirteen Chrysanthemum plants will ceremoniously be placed at the base of the wall which will later this year hold the mural honoring all those who served in Desert Storm\, Afghanistan\, and Iraq. The public is invited to observe this brief ceremony as we honor the memory of these thirteen warriors.
