This will make for a really nice culinary date night to share with your partner. Don’t stress though\, if cooking along in Realtime is not practical for you\, you can also just watch it demo-style and decide what dishes from the class to make later. \nMenu for this class: \n\nStar Anise Dusted Passionfruit Chocolate Truffles\nBaby Arugula Salad with Fried Pine Nuts\, Strawberries\, and Roasted Lemon Dijon Dressing\nPotato Rosemary Gnocchi with Roasted Tempeh Caper Ragout\nEggplant and White Wine Seitan Wellington with Shallot Madiera Sauce\nVanilla Saffron Flan with Fig and Prune Chamomile Compote\n\nBecause this class is designed for you to cook along to (if you want)\, an ingredients list will be sent out during the week leading up to the class\, so that you can gather all necessary cooking supplies.
