Camp Nissokone’s Family Camps take you away from your normal routine. We offer a northern Michigan lakeside escape from life’s many interruptions to relax and play together as a family. The definition of family can be different for many people, but we welcome all families with a promise to strengthen relationships and help create unforgettable memories that you’ll share for a lifetime.
From the moment you arrive, you know your vacation is going to be something special. A perfect family vacation with modern cabins, fun and organized family activities throughout the day, and campfires in the evenings. One of the treasures of Family Camp is that you can do as little or as much as you like. The choice of what to do with your time is yours. Spend quality time with your kids. Share memories with extended family, enjoying side-by-side cabins. Or meet other families just like yours, with adventurous kids eager to make new friends.
Horseback riding and hay rides, guided hiking near the AuSable River, sailing, fishing, kayaking, paintball, archery, zipline, high-ropes courses, sports court, waterslide, swimming, climbing wall, art, campfires and sing-alongs.
